How do I return an item?

Refund/Missing/Excess/Return Policy:

Progressive Aerodyne, Inc. (PAI) encourages the purchaser to inspect each delivered part/assembly and compare the contents of the delivered shipment against the Bill of Material ordered, immediately upon receipt. The purchaser is required to identify missing, damaged or extra parts/assemblies.

PAI accepts claims for missing parts/assemblies, returns of damaged parts for exchange, and refunds within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At PAI's sole discretion, after 7 calendar days, PAI will offer replacement of missing parts, an exchange of parts or store credit, only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period

If an item is received damaged or is is an excess item, please contact PAI, immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from PAI or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund if paid for. If items were shipped to the purchaser but not paid for, the purchaser shall either pay for the items or return the items to PAI upon approval.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once PAI receives it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact PAI within 7 days if the purchaser intends to return ANY item back to our store. Claims submitted AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting PAI, will NOT be honored.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
